Euro Therapy has been attributed as being the reason for an Iowa boy’s bettering health in recent months.
The 12-year-old boy has supposedly been enabled to take bike rides with his family and live a somewhat normal life thanks to the revolutionary therapy for cerebral palsy.
Euro Therapy, which is a physical and mental regimen that was created in Poland, is now available to families living in Iowa.
Team Rehab is where Ethan Roggatz spent the month of May working out with therapists each day.The Team Rehab schedule reportedly had Roggatz up early in the morning for a massage followed by a three and a half hour workout on the treadmill and with weights.
He would then spend one more hour in therapy where therapists would connect him to a system that incorporated pulleys on his body.
“They would put his knee immobilizers on, then attach weights and tell him to flex a certain muscle,” explained his mother, Kris Roggatz.
According to therapists, the goal of this form of this cerebral palsy therapy is to enable the patient’s brain to train the muscles.
Ethan was also given sheet of exercises for cerebral palsy he can complete daily in the water with his family to maintain the strength of his muscles.
